| Digital Pre-Press for Color Printing Specialty Litho provides an in-house Prepress Department for color printing with state of the art equipment and software. The prepress department maintains the specialized knowledge and expertise required for color printing and other graphic print collateral. Using our prepress services assures that graphic designs meet all manufacturing specifications and requirements as well as achieving the best possible end results for your color printing needs. Specialty uses RAMPAGE Workflow software. This software provides direct to plate file capability, enhanced proofing capabilities, and patented halftone screening that overcomes density limitations using Rampage Rip Once Output many workflow eliminates differences between proof and final output. Prepress accepts graphic designs in all major applications including QuarkXPress, Illustrator, Pagemaker, Freehand, Photoshop, Corel Draw, InDesign, etc., in both Macintosh and PC formats with all of the latest versions supported. Output capabilities include Fuji Sabre 8 up computer to plate PREPS imposition system, HP Spinjet large format printer for 2 sided color printing proofs, and Epson 4000 8 color Ultracrome inkjet printer, using Best Color Rip for ICC color printing. ,Epson Expression 1640 XL Scanner. Equipment includes Mac and PC graphic workstations. Film stripping and exposure equipment. Other prepress services provided include, scanning, typesetting, design modification, archiving, font libraries, FTP file transfer, and more, with responsive problem solving and fast turnaround on a routine basis.
